Finance Assistant

We’re looking for a Finance Assistant with strong analytical and process thinking, to join our fast-growing, vibrant marketing team.

You’ll be showcasing our brand to enhance awareness from local regions to nationwide.

LOCATION

Loughton, Essex

SALARY

£25-30k per year

CONTRACT

Full-time

Monday to Friday

What you’ll do

Data Entry & record keeping; updating the bookkeeping software daily to ensure financial records are maintained accurately.
Invoice processing; creating, sending and following up on unpaid invoicing.
Expense management; managing employee expenses, mileage and overtime payments.
Bank Reconciliations; carried out monthly to ensure full financial compliance.
Assisting with budgeting and reporting
Assisting with monthly pay processing and maintain staff records.

What We’re Looking For

Strong analytical and process thinking.
Numeracy and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
Comfortable interacting with clients and team members.
Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities.
Basic accounting knowledge preferred although not required.
