At Mode Photo, our mission is to capture homes in their best light, using a modern style with a creative approach.

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant with strong organisational skills and experience, to join our fast-growing, vibrant marketing team.

You’ll be supporting the director and founder of the company with all operational tasks relating to the business and deliverables.

£25-35k per year

What you’ll do

Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with suppliers, partners and clients when required.
Draft and proofread correspondence, reports and presentations.
Manage diaries and schedule meetings.
Handle inbox; prioritise, respond, flag.
Monitor industry events & conferences.
Research and compile information for decision making.

Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
Comfortable interacting with clients and team members.
