At Mode Photo, our mission is to capture homes in their best light, using a modern style with a creative approach.

We’re looking for a Head of Operations with strong organisational skills and experience, to join our fast-growing, vibrant marketing team.

You’ll be strategising our internal processes to ensure maximum efficiency across the board.

What you’ll do

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
Continuously analyse and improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Lead, Mentor and develop operations team.
Manage operational budgets and allocate resources effectively .
Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Establish and track KPI’s.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and manage risk.
Collaborate across departments to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Great communication skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
Comfortable interacting with clients and team members.
Confident in building a small team and helping them develop.
