We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with strong technical skills and problem-solving ability, to join our fast-growing, vibrant marketing team.

You’ll be enhancing our efficiency by implementing AI agents & models into workflows.

What you’ll do

Deliver professional property photography on time and on brand.
Film short-form property videography for estate agent marketing.
Create accurate floorplans and basic site notes.
Capture compliant drone stills/video where appropriate.
Maintain client communication and on-site professionalism.
Upload assets same day using Mode workflows.

What We’re Looking For

Strong portfolio of property photography or similar work.
Confidence working solo on fast-paced shoots.
Clean UK driving licence and own car.
Comfort with gimbals, ultra‑wide lenses and natural‑light shooting.
Right to work in the UK.
