We’re looking for a Sales Associate with strong sales skills and experience, to join our fast-growing, vibrant marketing team.

You’ll be showcasing our brand to enhance awareness from local regions to nationwide.

£20-25k per year £100-120k OTE

What you’ll do

Connect and bring new clients into Mode.
Prospect and research potential estate agent clients and property marketing businesses.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking and targeted outreach.
Initiate contact with prospects to understand their needs and introduce Mode’s marketing services.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase our services.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Stay informed about our service offerings and industry trends to position mode competitively.
Document sales activities, including lead status and agreements and pass confirmed clients to the client success team.
Provide feedback on customer needs to marketing and operations.

What We’re Looking For

Hunger to deliver on sales targets.
Great communication skills.
Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to changes.
Comfortable interacting with prospects, clients and team members.
Confident in building a small team and helping them develop.
